Our  goal is to provide informative resources that enable Seniors to live their best life possible. Each book in the For Seniors 50, 60 and Beyond series is written with a specific fitness goal in mind. We recognize that fitness levels vary and that a book should challenge seniors of all fitness levels from beginner through to advanced. It should also provide a structured growth path to improved health and fitness.
