A fitness nut since his days at UCLA; cross-fit, trail running and skiing are David’s passions. Over the last twenty-five years, as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, David has trained people of all ages and abilities to achieve their fitness goals.

David’s goal is to provide informative books that enable seniors to live their best life possible. Each book in the For Seniors 50, 60 and Beyond series is written with a specific fitness goal in mind. David recognizes that fitness levels vary and that each book should challenge seniors of varying fitness levels from beginner through to advanced. They therefore provide a structured growth path to improved health and fitness.
